Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after the delivery date of your item to request a return. Returns after the 10 day mark will not be accepted. Items received after the 10 day mark are non-refundable. All returns are issued through store credit. You are responsible for shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with The Vintage Hippie tag. You must also include the package slip. Items must not smell like smoke and contain an excessive amount of hair on them.
How to start a return?
- To start a return, you must contact us at customersupport@shopthevintagehippie.com. Please include your order number and reason for your return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued store credit within 10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damages or issues must be reported to us within three days of the delivery date of your items. We are not responsible for damages that occur during transit. Please note product images may vary due to lighting and monitor resolution (this does not qualify as damage). Please make sure you enter the correct mailing address at checkout. We are not responsible for items that are shipped to the wrong address.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bath products (such as shower steamers. bath teas, bath bombs, bath oils, bath salts, etc.) and jewelry. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased with a 20% off or more discount codes, sale tab items, grab bags, or gift cards.
